Paste whole IP list and search for IP in desired countries. My suggestion is to go for Spain and Brasil because virtual private servers from those countries are easiest to crack.

Now when you have filtered your IP list open VNC Scanner GUI. Let's say that your IP is 164.107.116.78, input it into VNC Scanner GUI like this and press "Start scan".
